Shadoweave MaskFollow

I've been creating the Shadoweave set and am a 44 - 245 tailor, which are the requisites for the final item, the mask. Went to see the shadoweave lady but she offered nothing. Is there a quest? Where do I get it? I read posts from 2005 that talk about one with mobs in the 50's. Is that still true today? How can I defeat mobs 6 lvls higher than me? Thanks. Great site.
