talent spec geared for lvl 30? .. there was a link on here somewhere, where he explains that leveling on grey and green quests are best.

I gave you above the link to Nooble's guide, which walks you through every single step from level 1 to lvl 50. So just reset your talents and pick every talent in the order given, it's not hard!

Certainly not on grey quests, which will give you little to no exp. Best are green /yellow quests/mobs. If you're horde, you can follow Joana's guide which works well. There's the equivalent out there for the alliance as well.

best way to level especially since 2.3 is just to quest...now that they give more exp it is rly rly good to level using quests, so most of those guides that have you do these quests in this order, or with grinding are out dated like joana's or kappa's for alli. best thing to do is quest quest quest...unless you find a questing guide that is good and has been updated for 2.3, but at lvl 30 i would go to DWM since its now a good place to quest since 2.3 also do some dungeon quests if you can which will give you some insane exp for ur lvl.

The whole point of the guides is to walk you through the quest chain in the most optimal way. The only difference I can think of since 2.3 is that you'll need less quests to make it to 70. This doesn't mean that the guides are outdated, just that you'll be able to afford skipping the quests which you don't like or which are hard for you.

I've leveled several characters without a guide, then one with a guide (Joana's). It was very well made, giving you excellent directions on how to chain quests. I'd redo it anyday.

Not sure if the leveling guides reflect it or not, but 2.3 added a slew of nice, high exp yielding quests in many of the "less desirable" zones. The end result was quite nice, to say the least.

Just throwing that in there, as relying strictly on a guide that may be outdated probably isn't the optimal leveling progression anymore, but they certainly don't hurt.
