Do you guys think a paladin could even possibly tank in Karazhan with a full set of Gladiator Gear on?

yes! if the rest is defense gear. glad is 5/5, still got 11 more slots for uncrit but you wont get uncrush.

now im a noob, so dont gasp...but how come you cant tank with PvP gear?
In reality you could...just depends on what. I believe you could tank regular 70 instances, but anything beyond that and you get crushed

literally.
PvP armor lacks the defense and avoidance to reliably tank a raid or heroic instance.
