This probably sounds stupid and what not, but am I geared enough for heroics? I just hit 70 yesterday. Any tips on how to heal for heroics? I know that I have to be on the top of my game, but I try to do that all the time. Any specific addons that will help? I have threat meters, buffing stuff, boss mods, decursive etc. But is there anything that stands out that I should get?
Here is my armory, and I know I need to respec my prot side badly, but what is a good holy spec for running heroics and what not? I want to be able to farm primals pretty efficiently as well.

I have been but most of the holy pre kara gear is heroic badges, or heroic items. I will try and get the ones I can that are not from heroics. But are there any numbers I should try and attain?

Only on very few items (gloves I think and maybe neck?) does it not list pre-heroic or non-heroic quest reward items or crafted stuff. Not being holy I hadn't checked it out but it's actually laid out quite nicely like:
This is your ultimate pre-kara goal but until then you can use this regular instance drop/crafted item/quest reward.
You may want to read it again.

the basic stats that you are looking for are +heal, crit, mp/5 and intellect

um, i'd say if you have all the non-heroic gear on that list you would then be ready for heroics. as for stats, i think for the first couple heroics, you want at least 1k +healing, 80 mp5, and 15-20% holy spell crit. also work towards 9k mana.
i'm just finally thinking to try heroics now if you look up my stats on muralimohan. i consider myself bare minimum for ramps and maybe BF and SP. so i expect the success to be determined by the tank and dps. a great healer can make up for low dps or a moderate tank. a bare minimum healer will need a great tank to make it work. only thing i'm gonna try to get now before heroics is the +81 healing 1h enchant. also will keep trying for more of the non-heroic peices.
