Can anyone suggest a really good piece of chest armor for a level 29 twink rogue (Horde)? I don't plan on leveling her anytime soon as she's mainly for BGs.

Can the horde do the Hunter Master quests in STV? The Raptor Mastery chain yields a really nice leather chest piece

Yes, the horde can do the STV raptor quests. You can do them from lvl 28, and the chest piece is one of the best chest pieces for lvl 28-29 rogues.
