Item dilemmaFollow

I am having problems with my choice of items for using, since I am in a casual guild that does Karazhan on farm status, Gruul and Zul' Amman

Is my current spec, for a PVP style since I tend to do some PVP on my free time, whereas for raid instances, I am the ST for some fights, otherwise the tank for 5 man instances

Now comes the problem for DPS, it involves the trinkets that I have seen before

The first one is the Bloodlust Brooch, ideal AP, with extra punch when used
The second one is the Abacus of Violent Odds, also good AP, quick flurry for 10 seconds when used, ideal for quick execute spamming

Since I have neither one of these, which one should I get? I was considering trying to get the Abacus of Violent Odds, for quick flurry and when the bosses gets to 20% and lower, I change to 2 weapons and pop reckless as well as the trinket to end the fights quickly.

Also the second item dilemma is the ring which can be brought from the Lower City through reputation, the Shapeshifter's Signet

Originally in the pre 2.3, this ring was suited for rogues + feral druids, now with 2.3 running, it is now changed to weapon expertise

I have a problem with trying to hit, thanks to a shoddy hit rating of 75, more attack power, increase hit rating then I lose more attack power

Should I grab this ring? since my main is a human, which has bonuses to swords + mace

Get a Bloodlust Brooch, if you're farming Kara the badge requirement is low. The other best trinket to use is the Hourglass from Black Morass. Romulo's Vial is terrible with a 2H, and while you do need more +hit there are better places to pick it up... like all the other new Badge gear that came out in 2.3.

The Shapeshifter Ring is _better_ than it used to be but still not terribly good for DPS. It's one of the best tanking threat rings in the game now, though, so it might be worth looking into anyway
