Primalstrike Set or Arena season 1 gear? :: Free Realms

So I finally leveled my LW skill to 375 and I can make the primalstrike set. Do you guys think its really worth the trouble of farming primals (to transmute primal might...definitely not paying 100G on the AH for one), leather, and primal nether to get that set? I know my attack power will go up significantly and my stamina will go up a little bit as well but TBH the gear bonuses aren't THAT great. Should I just get the arena season 1 set or go with this set?

you can get 3/3 strike and 4/5 arena set ;)

IMO it really depends what you want to do with that gear. S1 gear is pretty bad for PvE due to its lack of hit rating and ap. Primalstrike is also pretty terrible for arena with no resilience or sockets. I would choose which is more important to you and sink your time into that.

Confirmed. While I used to always top the damage meter as a PVE rogue (that was at the time I was wearing blue stuff), things have changed now. Even though I'm wearing full pvp epic... I can't compete with full pve wearing players.

So, if you want to pve, get pve epic stuff (not S1)... expect maybe the weapons :)

And if you want to pvp, get the full pvp stuff which is good (not only the S1, also the BG stuff).

Yeah I only do arena on saturdays so getting the S1 gear isn't going to be THAT important. I'll be grinding Heroics much more than pvp. However I am getting the pvp rings (I have one already) the vindicator boots and the attack power trinket. I'm actually going to join a new guild to grind heroics and Zul Aman so I think the primalstrike set would be better than the BG items. Thanks for the input everyone!
