First is impale - or lack thereof. As warriors are based on burst damage, impale is a god-send, as it greatly increases your damage output and killing blows. This also leads into blood frenzy: +4% damage is huge. I wouldn't go so far as to imp rend, because you'll only be applying it for the blood frenzy debuff.

I believe that imp tc is a must - it does great aoe damage while slowing your enemies physical attacks (which always tips the scales). The attack speed debuff allows you to prevent damage taken, minimize rage lost, and prevent them from building rage (when applicable). This easily lets you let loose a demoralizing shout debuff before taking much damage. As your enemy is significantly weakened (and hopefully you've already hit them with a deep wounds/impale/blood frenzy crit), you can easily re-buff yourself with shout and take out those players with ease. I would suggest rend if your deep wounds runs out, although it shouldn't be down long if you have 20%+ crit.

Warriors are generally focused on a single opponent (although cleave/sweeping strikes when you're in a large mob of people) - for this reason, I would go for an increased buff/debuff that affects that one person, rather than all of the players around you. The area of effect (booming voice) doesn't make much sense, as you'll be in melee range of whomever you're attacking (or will soon be attacking). I would therefore suggest the extra rage generation from unbridled wrath, although imp. demoralizing shout would also work. I would personally shy away from the imp. demo shout because you should already have enough instant debuffs from your rend/blood frenzy and imp tc. to handle other players.

You can actually free up some points from imp mortal strike - you're going to mainly use it as an instant attack or healing debuff: it's rage cost and cool down make it inefficient as your "primary move". I would therefore only suggest 3/5 in imp mortal strike. Also, because of both of these restrictions, adding the 2% damage increase and reducing it's cooldown by .4* seconds is a waste of talent points.

As for the last two points, I personally put them in second wind - as we can't heal ourselves (sans consumables, etc), the 20 rage and 10% hp is a nice survival choice.

So in the end, I would go for something like this: www.wowhead.com/?talent=LVMedAboghdfoVVZc if you plan on going arms (main) for pvp.

for pvp purposes, i would go

http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LV0xkAbog0zbZVVzmMxRZc

or move 2pts from second wind (arms tree) to flurry (fury) depending on what you like.

endless rage is not very useful.

But second wind is a must. And i personally go deeper into the fury tree for enrage
