OK so im a 41 tauren warrior i been using 2 hand weapons the entire time leveling atm i have all my talent points in fury and im using the whirlwind axe. I asked in trade channel if WW axe or the nightblade was better for a fury warrior and i got the reply " neither if your fury use two weapons i been doing pretty good takin out mobs like 4 levels higher then me so i thought all was well i guess what im asking is it right to be using 2 handed weapons and putting all points in fury or should i be arms if using 2 handed?

2h Fury and 2h Arms are both viable for leveling.
At end game, dual wield fury will put out more personal dps.

In the leveling process, 2h is usually the better choice with the little +hit gear at your level.

The higher you get, the more +hit gear you can get.
At that point feel free to go dual wield fury, 2h arms, 2h fury.

This is not to say you cant dual wield at your level.
If you're 2h fury make sure you get Imp. Slam though.
As that will be one of your major abilities to use.

SO i just got the nightblade i was using the whirlwind axe and i rerspeccd from fury to arms 5 points in 2 hand and 5 in sword spec and i gotta say i just dont like it i know fury is more geared for duel weilding but with imp slam stuff just seems to die faster imo

i dunno maybe the sequence i use is wrong or the stance i use,, which is battle if someone could post what stance and sequence i should be using or a comparison or stance and sequence between arms and fury so i could see if what im doing is correct thatd be great as of right now im not liking the sword or arms spec =(

I don't know how your talents are looking right now, but it should look something like this.
Granted not exactly like this, as I am not an expert in talent trees.
But something similar to it at your level.
As you level put 1 into Imp. Whirlwind, 3 Precision, 5 into Imp. Berserker Stance.
Oh don't forget to use your Demoralizing Shout if you're taking too much damage.

Your rotation should look something like this (stolen from RPZip, off the War FAQ)
Quote:
0s: Autoattack
.25: Start Slam
.75: Slam Completes, Reset
0: Global Cooldown
1.0: GCD Ends, Cast Mortal Strike (./Bloodthirst/Whirlwind/Whatever)
2.5: GCD Ends, Cast Whirlwind (./Mortal Strike/Bloodthirst/Hamstring)
3.8: Autoattack, Reset
.2: GCD Ends
.3: Start Slam

Redbarron:
Since you're dual wielding, you have a 25% (I think) miss chance.
For 2h its 5%, so that's a pretty big difference.
I would say (not exactly) to get the hit% to AT LEAST 10% before you even start thinking of dual wielding.
Although the more the better.
If you still feel you miss too much, get more +hit.
If you cant get more +hit then go back to 2h until you can get more.

I'm not an expert at crunching numbers.
I'll leave the number crunching to someone who is better with numbers.
Also the numbers I'm giving are ballpark numbers.
