Overlord/Cruel Intention TRINKET reward, which is better?Follow

Hello
My pally is lvl 62 atm, i just completed the quest and have to choose between
Vengeance of the Illidari
http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=28040

and Bladefust's Breadth
http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=28041

I am leveling as Ret and planning to respec holy at lvl 70. I know that lots of lvl 70 ret paladins still use breadth. Also i heard that lvl 70 Holy paladins use the healing trinket, because of mana restore from criticals.
Which one will be more beneficial for me? Will i easily get better healing trinkets at lvl 70, like Xiri's Gift may be, and i should take Melee Dps one for solo? Or Vengeance is still very good at 70 and worth picking?
Plz help to decide :P

Well I saw this earlier. I thought it was a valid question, but I didn't really feel that I knew enough about which one was better to answer it. I was hoping one of the Holy Paladins that float around this board (DIL) would answer it, but I guess I'll do it, thus furthering my grand schemes of taking over the boards etc... etc...

I would recommend the dps trinket, cause you are going to have to live with it for a while. There isn't much else that will help out your dps as much as that trinket until you start doing the lvl 70 instances.

As for the healing trinket, it's almost the same situation, however you are going to respec at 70 when there is better stuff available, wheras with Ret you gotta have it when there isn't better stuff available.

I hope that made sense... it did in my head.

Didn't see this sooner, sorry. I can only agree with Cap here.

As the OP mentions, Xi'Ri's Gift is a direct upgrade to Vengeance of the Illidari, so you can skip it in favor of a good trinket to level with.

You could use both trinkets at 70 to boost your SpellCrit a nice bit, but unless you have ungodly +Heal you should use at least one Lower City Prayerbook.

He uses that as a mask to hide his real intents. It's Dilbrt that wants to turn every Paladin a certain spec.

...

I shouldn't have said that ... Sorry Jack >.>

Everything I do in some way furthers my ultimate goals. Don't blame me if your feeble mind can't harness the complexity of my plans.
