I checked alot of the wars on my server and they all seem to go with a build similar to this one. So I was wondering is this viable for PvP and arena?

From my understanding, going that deep in arms is generally a no no.
If you're interested in a Arms/Prot build I'd try : Clicky!
If you want a classic Arms/Fury Build I'd try : Clicky a second time!
If you're interested in a Arms/Prot build I'd try : Clicky!

How I'm plannin on doing my PVP build.
I don't understand the 2/2 imp slam, as I'm almost never able to get a slam off while PVPing, so i dropped those points into finishing off WM and 1 into imp. execute.

Mace stuns should give you plenty of time for slams. Intercept is a good time to slam, too. I use slam all the time in arena.
