whats the best reward for the 50 warrior quest im 51 dw fury and im stump between shoulders and the trinket?

You'll still replace the trinket in outlands with bladefists breadth, but the flask is the one I chose.

I found lvling on mobs that do incapacitating moves the best, particularly those elementals in tanaris (earthbind totem) and those yeti in wintersong. getting free healing + lots of rage makes grinding a lot easier.

I'm currently leveling my Druid and he's comfortably at 54. Got him to 54 last night in Hinterlands. First time I had been there on this toon. Yeah, he's a late bloomer. I did 49 to 53 mostly in Sunken Temple and BRD, but I also did a few quests in Tanaris. I've found the leveling changes to really ***** up my old methods. Now I'm hitting levels long before I'm normally ready for them.

Edit: I never got Bladefist's Breath, so I didn't replace the flask for a very long time. I chose the tanking trinket quest reward.
