hehe, absolutely not. Can you say OP? The only thing a bear can do is use Frenzied Regeneration which turns your excess rage into an effective HoT. This leads some people to believe it's possible. (the effect is visually identical to Rejuvenation and Regrowth)But rest assured that it is not possible. There are macros I would imagine that allow one to shift heal and shift back quickly but that's it.

Using those named spells? No.
In cat or travel form? No.

He is almost surely thinking of the bear-only spell "Frenzied Regeneration" which you get at level 36. It converts rage into HP as a handy little HoT.

"Converts up to 10 rage per second into health for 10 seconds. Each point of rage is converted into 10 health."

At level 46 version the spell converts each point of rage into 15 health, level 56 into 20 health, and level 65 into 25 health.

if you click the rejuv spell while in a form, you will instantly start casting it,
even before you visually appear as in caster form, and I guess this can be
used to make a macro to shift back,

_however_

casting any such spell will trigger the global cooldown of 1.5 seconds, and
leave you unable to shift into forms under that duration.

If it's not in fact frenzied regen he is talking about (which has a 3 minute
cooldown), macros can be used to instantly shift out->use pots/items/HS->shift back
making it look like they are used in forms, since they don't trigger GCD,
and also post-2.3 drums can be used while shapeshifted.
Other than that my guess he is either imagining things, or not paying close
enough attention.

Well a friend of mine said that they can now cast rejuve or regrowth in bear form with 2.3 Hrmmm...we'll have to test it out when we get on later...can't really do too much at work...so..again thanks for the info!

You can cast. It only takes you to caster form before the cast starts. I think that he meant that before 2.3 you had to go to caster form and THEN cast the rejuv. Now, you press the rejuv button and it cancels the form automatically.
