I am not sure if this has been addressed before but I figured I would ask since no one on my server has answered it for me yet. On WoW's bug page under the "issues that are not bugs" section, it states this...

5. Buff/debuff tooltips do not show the bonuses from talents.
Example: Improved Thunder Clap tooltip says it slows by 10% instead of 20%.
The tooltips for buffs and debuffs do not update to reflect talented versions of abilities. Although technically this is a bug it is caused by a limitation in the buffing system and cannot be changed at this time.

Does this mean that with 3/3 Imp TC it actually slows by 20%, but only shows 10%? Or does this mean that Imp TC only helps damage and does nothing in regards to adding 10% extra slow? I hate to use 3 whole points if it is only adding a relatively small amount of damage for those points. Thanks guys.

yes, it slows it a full 20%, even if the tooltip debuff mark only says 10.

Imp tclap will generally keep healing threat from pulling multi-mob tanking targets. It will not hold dps threat though.

for 3 points, 10% extra damage reduction, it's one of the best 3 points you can spend for tanking.

Okay, thanks I didn't want to waste the 3 points if it was only damage. I recently respecced for the third time at only 42 and my next 3 points will be into that.

Before my first respec I was a mess, second was out of arms after they moved SS, and now that I have SS, imp. slam, and weapon mastery, im goin back into the arms part. I tried out bloodthirst but found it to be lacking, at best, and I don't PVP at all so I'm rarely in zerker stance, so I am taking my points from those and putting them into Arms. Is there any reason I should not do this?

Here's what I look like right now: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LVMZVxzV0gR

Lemme know if there's something I should change please. Thanks.

Well if you have a problem with Thunder Clap, you should probably have that checked out by a doctor.

Does it feel like two massive objects, one with a great heat, one with a great cold, are colliding with great violence when you pee?
