PVP spec woes.Follow

Well, I've recently rolled my first character on a PVP realm (Agamaggan-EU)and I've decided to make a rogue!
Now i'm a sucker for big pretty yellow e-peen numbers so I'm aiming for a high burst damage spec, mainly for PVP (BG's, but also world PVP if theres ever a fair fight)

I've read up (most of) the stickies, aswell as Demea's talent build guide, and it would seem that the best spec for burst is a Subtelty daggers build, with pretty ambushes and the likes, but on reading of the other posts on these forums, such as the Shadowstep ambush post, it seems that daggers+ShS = FAIL.

I would just like to hear any advice you would all have, is it still worth going Subtelty daggers, or is there a better choice now for PVP with 2.3 out.

Ahh I see, well in that case i'll level with Combat then. You say that ShS is now viable at 50 onwards, is daggers still a no-no for this? it seems like theres a lot of +ambush damage etc talents in Subtelty and seems like daggers should be powerful.

From 50-60 ShS Ambush is a very good spec and would be exactly what you are looking for, for PVP.

But you would still need to level, and after 60 ShS Ambush starts turning bad.
