Decent Easy Resto GearFollow

Hey guys, I have a 70 shaman that was elemental. I have some elemental gear, but it sucks for the most part. I will be playing mostly arena. So I was wondering what some easy to get decent gear is for resto. I am not wanting to put much effort into him, just get him a little better geared. Thanks
