Well, first of all, normally I wouldn't rate someone down asking for advice. Maybe it's just cause I'm in a pissy mood this morning because of my g/f keeping me up late and my boss going off on me this morning, but just because you asked not to get rated down, I did. Then I read the rest of your post, and seeing as your asking for build advice but not saying what your using the build for, PvP, PvE what? So asking for advice but not telling anyone what you need advice for deserved a rate down.

Actually, for Instances and Raiding, Affliction and Destro ARE the best trees. Demo can work well, if played right too though.

With a good Tank in instances, you won't have aggro problems with either of those trees. In PvE if you a Drain Tank(which you took Fel Concentration so it's possible you are, again IDK as you supplied no information other than a build) you WANT aggro. So I'm a little confused looking at the builds.

For the way I play, I prefer Affli with some Destro for PvE and Demo for PvP. Others like Destro for PvP and some like Demo in PvE, so it really does matter.

For an all around build, I don't think it's that great. You don't have Demonic Embrace, which I feel is an important part of all builds, unless all your doing is Heroics and Raids, even then, the extra Sta for Life Tapping is great. Fel Concentration should be maxed IMO for any PvP activites, as once your DoTs are up, SBs can take too long in PvP, Searing pain is good, but I like Draining them to death as it keeps me alive. W/O Fel Concentration maxed, it's not as good. You took Imp CoA which really isn't that great of an ability, it applies before your +Spell Dam, so it's not that much of an increase. Amp Curse, but no CoEx? CoEx is very useful in PvP and PvE for kiting.
