im going for demon build but prob will not use imp so i left imp stuff out, can it be improved??

You have a lot of wasted points there. Imp Succi and Imp VW are pointless if you have Felguard. Until you get the felguard, you'll probably be using the imp in Instances for your tanks. Imp Enslave Demon and Master conjurer are crap talents too. It isn't a bad thing to re=spec. You can't plan your trip to 70, you'll change your mind and respec along the way. So at the lower levels take things that will help you there, then respec to get Felguard at n appropriate level, like around 56, if you really want him.
