i was wondering if this might be a good build as of the new patch 2.3 for rogues.... i can go either maces or sword spec, which you think is better?

Nothing new here, these types of build have been discussed here for several weeks.

BIG MISTAKES in your build:
- you don't take SS with a hemo build (hemo replaces SS)
- don't take 3/3 agression (applies to SS, not to Hemo which is your main attack)

Other comments:
- 2/5 light refl. is enough (not 3/5)
- in a pvp build, I'd include 2/2 imp kick
- 2/2 weapon exp. would be good
- 2/2 nerves of steel is very important in a pvp build
- 2/5 camo is enough (take 2/2 sleigh of hand, it's better)
- just one point for ghostly strike, very nice evade boost, don't miss this one
- you're also missing 2/2 elusiveness which is great for pvp
- I don't think 5/5 deadliness is absolutely needed, keep this in mind if you need to save points.

To conclude, your build isn't very optimal. See for example the hemo mace build in my sig which works well.

My advice to you if you want more info on that: read the stickies and existing posts (MANY posts on this type of builds on this forum).

EDIT: I don't want to be harsh on you since it's your first post... but know that people are generally tired of answering the same questions again and again that you will be unpopular if you do so while you could easily have avoided it. In this case, there is on the first page a thread named (in capital letters, yes): "BEFORE YOU POST A HEMO BUILD, READ THIS"... guess you see how this relates to your post ;)

Also, next time, please make the effort to have your build from wowhead (the tree presentation), it took me a lot of time (and it was damn boring) to compare line for line to see what you had wrong. The visual presentation allows the trained eye to tell you immediately if it's correct or wrong.
