I'm currently using SpiteBlade for MH, just got 18000honor points with 20 eots badges, is it worth it to get the S1 MH mace? I'm going kara later this week, will respeccing combat mace from combat sword hurts my dps a lot in the raid?
Combat swords > combat maces in PvE, but not by very much.

S1 weapons kill spite blade on dps, spite is 88 I think and S1 is 91. drop spiteblade get the sword.
odnet, keep in mind spiteblade is slower, so its losing a small amount of the white dps... the SS or hemo damage is mainly unaffected
but going from lets say a latros to a s1 offhand is a much bigger deal, and a much better drain of your honor points

hemo is based on 2.4 weapon speed, S1 is better. or am I wrong..
its based off your weapon dmg, look at the damage ranges on the spiteblade and the s1 mh

Last night i got myself the S1 offhand Sword. Now with Spiteblade MH, S1 Sword OH. Dps really increase alot compared to using latros last week.
S1 offhand sword is for me better then Latro's by 8dps. That is 1% difference... I am not sure I would call that good enough to do another 400g enchant for it.

91dps vs 88* your white damage is the bulk of your dps... why would you gimp that to get a barely nominal increase in SS/Hemo.
It's not as huge as you think since Spiteblade also has AGI and more AP on it as well. There is also a pretty good gap between the top end damage on them as well. Spiteblade is 308 and the S1 sword is only 285.
The S1 sword is better dps but its close enough if Spiteblade is enchanted I wouldn't waste my honor on the mainhand and have to spend the gold for a new enchant.

Re-checked that last night and it's actually only 5dps difference (maybe because I switched to hemo).
Now the ZA talonblade is +12dps, that would be nice.
