#1 Nov 27 2007 at 7:52 PM Rating: Decent
Hi, I recently made a hunter, now I have only been playing a month (re-rolled chars) but I am wondering, what is some good Talents to start of once I reach level 10?

Also, is there any pets that are better then others?

thanks!

Look at the top of the thread list... There is a Stickied thread called "The Hunter FAQ - EVERY QUESTION ANSWERED HERE!"

The very first post in that thread is a table of contents. There is a WHOLE section of questions about Pets, and a whole other section about talents.

And just because I'm nice, I'll give you a tip to finding the answers to the questions easier. If you're on a PC, hit Ctrl + F on your keyboard (Mac, I think it's Apple F). That should bring up a nifty little search box on your browser. Type in the question, and it'll take you right to it.

I would tell you to just go to the FAQ but I am feeling generous today.

Go full out BM unitl level 70 then do whatever. BM is the best to level and to solo. When you solo and Q as BM you go fast as hell, trust me.

Before I answer, I have to say this..... READ THE STICKY!! thats what it's there for.

Ok, for Hunters, the easiest leveling build there is, is the BM tree, which also happens to be the top DPS tree. I say this because it gives you far more survivability than MM, and I don't know SV well enough to say anything, but I think it is more of a "Utility" tree than a Survival tree, but thats just me.

It gives you the fastest soloing potential, most group DPS and the a anti-CC button once you hit lvl 50 and have specced right.

You get better damage, a better pet, which means better tank when soloing, and trains you for the best DPS tree for end-game, if you play it correctly.

If there is anything you didn't get from this thread, read the stickies, the answer is there, I promise.

Go beastmastery. Stick with the ones that make your pet very strong.
