My one wish for a new warrior ability would be something (a shout or otherwise) that reduced the aggro gain of the rest of the group. I'm thinking of blessing of Salvation, which knocks everybody's aggro down by 30%.

if wishes were fishes...

we'd all smell like stinky vagin....uuh, nevermind.

The defensive stance aggro gain is enough for me, plus alot of classes have their own aggro dump if they wish.

every class has some sort of agro dump/reducing/invincible shield ability of their own, if i recall.

not every class. warriors can't agro drop. :D
i dont' think boomkin do either.
I don't remember if enh shamans have an agro drop, but they do get a threat reduction.

OHH YEAH shamans do get an agro drops. It's on a 30 minute cooldown, and costs 10% druability.

60/50/40 minute, depending on talents.

Not Shaman. Druids and Priests don't really, either - Cower and Fade are both by and large completely worthless, although Fade can be decent as a healer it doesn't do jack if you're a Shadow Priest.

If I remember right only Hunters and Rogues have a complete aggro dump. all the rest are just minor aggro reduction.

In the long run... doesn't mean anything.

Enchancement Shamans can spend one talent to reduce their aggro from melee attacks by 30% if that counts.

Quite Shout (Rank 1)
10 Rage
Instant
The warrior shouts, decreasing the melee threat of all party members within 20 yards by 5%. Lasts 2 min.

The problem is that the shout would either:

A) Not activate for the warrior, which means the DPS warriors are going to be SoL (and possibly debuffing the tank causing issues in B)
and/or
B) Activate for the warrior, causing the tank to generate less threat in comparison to the healers, casters, and hunters (but equal threat to the melee) that would have to be deactivated in order to allow him to tank effectively again.

I personally would rather give myself 1080-1350 extra health or 305-381 extra AP instead.

Actually, you could give Bear Form, Defensive Stance, and Righteous Fury immunity to that shout.

But I agree with this one:

I agree as well. The two buff shouts we have now are utterly amazing for their respective purposes.

In a well thought out melee group threat isn't an issue anyways as long as you have a competent tank.
