I will talk to my guildies. We are all fresh to Heroics. Kinda takin it slow. Learning as we progress. We are figuring out how to pull mobs better.

They are still unsure about Misdirect pulling. They have heard that it doesn't work to well in raids or Heroics so the only time they let me do it is when we have a single target pull and they know that its just going to slam extra aggro on the tank so he doesn't risk the dump on initial heal.

That's not entirely true. If you're kiting anywhere near the healer, the healer will be generating threat on your kited mob. In a Heroic, it's not difficult for a healer to outstrip the threat of even a Distracting Shot. If you're not careful about maintaining threat the mob can peel off and go after the healer.
