Darkmoon Card: MadnessFollow

I just combined my cards and got the Lunacy Deck, may i know how to check the next darkmoon fairie arrival date?

Also would like some feedback whether it's worth it for a rogue, or hourglass/abacus combo is better for kara and a bit of arena.

Get a Brooch with heroic badges and use either the Hourglass or the Abacus. Madness Card is crap for consistency, and some of the buffs are loltastic.

The only selling point of that deck is the huge stam, making is a nice PvP trinket. It's full of fail for pretty much everything else, though.
