Ok, I see the option at the trainer, but he warns that if you respect, it gets more costly each time.

What is the cost? For the first time, 2nd, 3rd... I don't need exact numbers, but I'm currenly not happy with the 2 points I wasted in frost being that I'm pretty much fully spec'd fire. If I Re-Spec,

If I choose to Re-spec, does it mean I get all the points back (for reassignment) or can I choose/pay for just SOME of the points???

Thanks
Mike

You have to respec fully if you respec, and it maxes out at 50g. And if you go a long time without a respec, the price decays, settling back down 5 or 10g, I can't remember which.

A bit off-topic, but do you happen to know how long you must wait before the price goes down? I've had the same problem as the OP, putting 1 or 2 points in places that seemed good, but are useless now.

I'm not 100% on is, but WoWWiki has this to say:

Quote:
Don't panic! Players have the ability to unlearn all their talents and start over. Your Class Trainer, for a modest fee (increases by 5 each use, to a maximum 50 , however the first time you do this you will only be charged 1 , a freebie of sorts), will let you recover all Talent Points spent up to this point. You can then reassign all your points. Keep in mind that all points are removed from ALL trees, and you'll also unlearn higher ranks of the spells achieved through a talent point expenditure. Fortunately, higher ranks of so-called Talent spells are extremely cheap in comparison to normal class spells.

Since patch 1.11 there is a decay in the cost of such talent respecs:

The cost to unlearn talents will now decay over time. This cost will be reduced by a rate of 5 gold per month to a minimum of 15 gold.
