Yeeeah, sorry about that. I thought I had added it.
Basically, raise your agility, it is much to low for a SV hunter. Also your AP needs a serious buff.
Replace your gloves, shoes and shoulders as soon as possible.
Change most of your gems to the +agi gems (ignore the socket bonus on most of your items, they are not worth it).
Put AP enchants on your bracers and gloves (after you have found a new pair).
Your talent build is a cookie cutter SV build thus you are doing ok there.
Thus gear up, replace greens with blues and eventually blues with epics. Look out for agility and keep in mind that you'll still need some AP to hurt with your shots. And keep in mind that enchants can really boost your damage output so enchant your gear if it is somewhat decent (especially bracers and gloves as those are rather cheap enchants).
Crit will increase with more agility, so don't focus on that.

One easy upgrade for you would be to replace your Terokkar Tablet of Precision with Bladesfist's Breadth. Should be very easy for you to accomplish.

Get Revered with CE and get the helm enchant +34 AP +16 hit, +12 AGI to boots, +12 agi to cloak. That's what I would do to start :D

Buy my toon? Well, I pay the monthly fee, but other than that I didn't buy anything. I made him and leveled him, and I have put much time into him. Do you ask this becasue I seem dumb by his build or gear? Or just becasue I don't know where to get the enchants?

I'd link my hunter for ya but the armory isn't working for me at the moment.
He is still wearing some pre-kara and non-heroic pieces to look at and I recommend you getting. What I did was try to get as many pieces of non-kara/non-heroic with gem slots on them as possible and mixed and matched +6/+8 AGI gems.
Oh, 2 pieces are the Beastlord set, I still use the shoulders and the gloves.
Run Black Morass until you get the Hourglass, thing is ownage.
Remember AGI AGI AGI for a surv hunter.

Yeah, im working on my shoulders, trinkets, and gloves right now. Do we all agree that my head is ok? I know that I need to replace my meta gem.

Because the Epic Gloves from Mech are really very easy to get...

Things with more AGI (and in some cases, more AP also) than what you have now:
Head - Stalker's Helmet of Second Sight
Shoulder - Beast Lord's Mantle
Hands - Ar'tor's Mainstay
Legs - Beast Lord Leggings
Head - Stalker's Helmet of Second Sight
Shoulder - Beast Lord's Mantle
Hands - Ar'tor's Mainstay

Dont change the helm. simply because the Second Sight helm doesnt have a meta socket.
And with decent crit, the +12 agi/+3% critdmg gem gives you a great amount of extra dps.
