This talent confuses me.

Rank 3 - Gives your Immolation Trap, Frost Trap, Explosive Trap, and Snake Trap a 25% chance to entrap the target, preventing them from moving for 5 seconds.

Does this mean that when the target activates the trap, the target has 25% of getting stuck? or
Does this mean that when an enemy walks onto the activated trap, it has 25% of getting stuck?- and after the 5 seconds, can it get entrapped on the same activated trap again?

Survivalists pls help.

It means that any mob capable of being affected by the trap (ie slowed, fire damage, snakes biting them) have a 25% chance of being unable to move at all for 5 seconds, and it checks periodically (I've been immobilized twice while trying to pass through a single Frost Trap in WSG).
