ok i have a few questions on respecing a char.
1. does this just mean you change what ur spells are. like switching from fire to frost.
2 how do i do it?

It's not your spells but your talents that you change. To do it, go to your trainer and tell them you want to unlearn your talents, and they'll charge you for the service. Be warned, it can get pricey the more you do it.

so that would change your talent tree? so you could switch from full fire to arcane/frost.
It will reset all talent points spent so that again you can choose what tree's to put them in.
