- Shaman use swords?
Shaman use swords?Follow

I have been to the weapons trainers in SW, IF, Darn and Exo and have gotten all the weapons available there. I dont have swords or hand weapons and I am wondering if i can use them and where to train if I can. Thanks in advance for any positive replies.
Shaman cannot use swords, neither one-hand nor two-hand.
shaman can use ...
1h-2h maces.
staves
1h-2h axes
daggers
fist weapons
i do not think i left anything out, add on if i did plz

The shaman used to be Horde only and since Horde was and is a primative fraction im guessing that they really wouldnt use it because of their culture.
Hope this was of some help to why they cant use swords.

Shaman can't train swords for no reason other than the fact that Blizzard decided not to let them do so. That's about all you need to say about it.

Ok what I said before diddnt really make sence.

i actuallu understand what you were trying to say there...
shamans come from the horde which are a more primitive faction, swords are considered more advanced than maces or axes which are cruel weapons.

Nah... Gaudion is right we can't use swords because blizz says so... Besides, if you're killing someone what does it matter if you are using an axe or a sword? You are still killing them right?
Why bother killing someone if you can't look good doing it? We all know that's our real job as Shaman. Not buffing, not DPS'ing, not healing. It sure as hell isn't PvP'ing.
