I am a mouse turner, and i have everything bound to my mouse (5 button mouse). I did all that after reading some post about it here. And my finisher is always kidney shot. Although after respecing hemo ill prob use rapture a bit more since it has increased dmg, but KS is still godly. I was thinking about ditching some AGI and trying to find more STA or maybe just getting some STA enchants (think theres +7 STA to some stuff). Would that be wise? I'm gonna get thrash blade to replace my serpent slice when i get around to making a mara group. Pretty happy with my MH though, bought it off AH for 20g, seller must have forgot te extra 0 or sumthin.
Lol, rogues with rapture. Beautiful...
Anyway, here's the best help I can give you.
1.) You're not yet 70. Real "pvp" doesn't start until this level. For instance, a mage at level 10 is completely dominated by a paladin, but mages at 70 can wipe the floor with the pallys. You don't have all of your abilities yet and the game doesn't function quite as it should. However, usually rogues come out on top in virtually all areas of pvp pre 70 so that disturbs me a bit...
2.) Use swords or maces. PVP'n with daggers is hopeless.
3.) Bleeds/DoTS are a bad idea most of the time. A person taking DoT cannot be gouged or more importantly blinded, and blind is one of your best abilities. The only time you should use a bleed is either on warriors whom you have already blinded or on a rogue you want to keep from vanishing.
4.) Never buy weapons. You'll always find something better in the world.
5.) Gear for resil/stam when you hit 70. Your gear is really quite insignificant before hand (not that in it won't make a difference in your playing, but you won't be using a level 40 epic at 70 anyway).
6.) Get 70. WoW doesn't start until you hit the max level. Everything level 1-69 is pointless and doesn't matter at all once you hit 70.
7.) Be smart. Rogue is a hard-to-play-well class, you can't just hit buttons and own people. Sometimes it's a good idea to let a heal go off so you can stun them later on with more energy for example. You just have to know your opponent very well, know everything they can do and exploit that. Pop cloak early to avoid an AoE fear, time attacking hunters to where their flare will still be on cooldown, make people burn long cooldowns before vanishing and letting them run out. It really just comes with practice. If you'd prefer to just walk over everyone without ever really having to try, just roll a warrior.
