Here is my build: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sVxZV0tIx0dggqt

I don't have any questions on the content, my question is what order should I get them seeing as how I'm leveling with this build.

Any help would be much appreciated.

As for your build, don't worry about getting SF. Your going to be bubbling to heal anyway. Put those 10 talents in ret instead, grab Benediction, Imp. SotC, and Imp. Judgement.

1st thing to get asap is Imp. RF, then get reckoning, then HS, then Imp. HS. Fill in the other talents as you level, but as soon as you can get those get it.

One-handed weapon spec increases all damage done by the pally, not just weapon damage. (when an one-handed weapon is equiped ofcourse)

If you planned on healing/tanking alot of instances on your way to 70 would not sf be a good talent to have?

I suggest you level as Prot/Holy and not put any points into Ret while leveling. I believe that this gives you the greatest flexibility. You can tank instances, main heal instances (with a good healing gearset), heal in BGs, and still AoE grind.

In my opinion, Prot/Ret is for end-game, or for someone who refuses to heal as they're leveling.

Well, at least up until the Outlands at 60, any class capable of healing is perfectly able to do so as long as they have an alternate set of full healing gear. Talents aren't really necessary.

Right, but the Holy and Ret trees don't allow you to AoE grind while still maintaining above-average healing capabilities. I am still main-healing instances, topping the BG healing charts, and AoE grinding as Prot/Holy @ LV66.

[EDIT] - The build also provides various smaller advantages, like extra survivability in BGs.

(o.O)// or heal period. if im ever forced to heal with my pally(by that i mean Main Heal, im always ready to save the day with a few well placed heals mind you), its time for me to find a new MMO. or maybe the less dramatic solution, a new class.
