What I'm wondering is if Sweeping Strikes can be used with utility abilities instead of with damage. Examples:

If I use SS and then MS, will 2 targets get the debuff?
If I use SS and then shield bash, will 2 targets get interrupted/silenced?
If I use SS and then SS, will 2 targets get hit and get a buff knocked off?
If I use SS and then concussive blow, will 2 targets get stunned?
If I use SS and then intercept, will 2 targets get stunned?
Etc.

Fairly sure the answer to all of those is no. I know for certain MS doesn't get applied to two targets.

And if you SS+Execute it only does like normal weapon damage to the second target instead of the massive Execute damage.

Sweeping Strikes is like Blade Flurry. Only the damage gets transferred to near-by enemies.
