Alright rebuilt basing it on like prot spec. but as well maximizing damage with Vengence. I don't know suggestions?

I can't see what you're aiming for.
If you wanna do damage, go Ret.
If you wanna AoE grind with SoV, go Prot. (Why SoV specifically, too?)
You're just gimping yourself in both roles. You're picking up Ret talents that increase critical rating, but you won't be using that much physical-oriented gear if you want to go with SpellDmg gear for SoV. Your white damage will be rather lousy, and criting won't make it much better.
In the Prot tree, it's like you're starting an AoE Prot build, but you stop before Holy Shield which makes it even worse than a 40-45 Pally's build.
Overall I suspect it will be very inefficient. Weak physical damage output and gimped AoE potential.

Tried a reckoning/ret hybrid before, just for sh'its and giggles. I think I saw the same thing you were going for. In the end I played it for 1 day before I realized it was the most horribly useless abomination every conceived and respec'ed.
It can neither dps, or multi tank. It is terribly mediocre to put it mildly, in fact I found leveling as Holy was actually better than that abortion of a build.

I mean the build is working for me but it's so slow, and i miss ret. Honestly it's only good for tanking and it's horrible for PVP.
