I switched from the combat swords to 11/28/22 hemo spec. I was gearing up based on the fact that hit rating was THE stat. With all the za gear and the new spec, I'm seeing all the armor pen. and haste gear, but it lacks hit. Right now my hit is 260ish with nothing in the other catergories. What should I be aiming for, is arm. pen. more important now?

You have a pretty good amount to hit so far. I would definately say you could at the very least start to incorporate other stats to become prevalent in your gear. You want to maintain hit, so i wouldn't go so far to say replace hit, but definately start working in some haste and armor penetration.
