Well. Here's what I would do: Talent build

Get the Trinket from Black Morass: Hourglass of the Unraveller
And of course the pvp trinket aswell.

I used to have a build very similar to yours.

Seeing that you want to keep sword spec, 26/35/0 is my suggestion.

I'd much more recommend for personal dps, a more traditional 17/44/0 build. Rampage and Imp berserker stance are bigger increases to personal dps than sword spec will be.

10% more AP is amazing in raids. Rampage, might be a little tough at first to keep yourself buffed, but is a significant increase to personal dps.

AND 10% less threat.

Sword spec's 5% chance on hit to extra hit... while it's nice, isn't nearly what it could be. It's more of a 2h winfury totem combo talent. It's roughly a 5.xxx% increase to overall dps. the xxx part is difficult to express in a simple mathmatical equation, since it depends on your crit rates and it provides quite a bit more rage than the other specs.

Strangly, since your MH is such higher DPS, i'm not gonna suggest switching your MH / OH due to your OH having higher top end damage stat and much slower speed. But I am gonna say, upgrade your weapons.

Slower weapons will have higher end dps, if you use whirlwind to dps. Slower weapons do not gain as much threat, due to how heroic strike damage operates. Less extra HS's = less threat.

Are you pvping? Or do you want a hybrid PvP/PvE build?

If your going to PvP I recommend going 2h arms
(http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LVMcdAbq0hdZqVzh0xoZf) with mace/sword spec. Axe has been ruined because of resiliance. Or a variation of that build. And get the S1 glad gear to upgrade your current gear, as its honor now, and get into an arena team, preferably all 3 arena teams as to get the points that much quicker.
