Executioner enchantFollow

So....the new enchant is out, Executioner allowing for a temporary armour piercing effect my question is, what use does this have for warriors. Would it be better for tanking than mongoose? Would it be better for arena/raid dps than savagery or mongoose on a 2h weapon? Or is this an enchant made for fury warriors? I have heard many conflicting opinions on the usefulness of this enchant for warriors. BTW im gonna get the season 3 2h sword in the first week of season 3, or atleast that is my goal :P, anyway should I get a savagery on it or executioner?
