And secondly i am in a bit of a rut atm fed up of being specced full combat upto AR then filing up assasination , I am definately going to chamge (so please dont try to change my mind lol i wanna try something different :D).

How does this fare as a valid build for lvling? Should i fill up my remaining and future TPs on seal fate or prep? and lastly,promise, will i miss the OH dmg bonus of DW spec much or will my guaranteed crit every 3 mins make up or it?

Ok gear check.
Get rid of that belt.
It aint that great, try to get Pricelord's Belt. It should be cheap and has some nice Agi that should last you till Outlands.
For Helm, even though yours is alright, i would recommend Ebon Mask if you haven't done your lvl 50 quest yet, or if you have, then try to get Helm of Fire It has nice Agi (to help with AP and crit) and it's Use ability can be a real life saver in a tight situation.
For shoulders, try to get Phytoskin Spaulders from Maraudon, as they have the same agi, but have an extra 10 str and 10 stam.
And for your wrists, try searching your AH for Shadowcraft Bracers
As for Talents, i'm not too great there so i'll leave it up to one of the other rogues.

Your build looks fine with the exception of having taken improved ambush. If you are a sword rogue, then those points are wasted.
Take those points to fill out Dirty Deeds then preparation. Prep is one of the best talents in the tree. Get that as soon as you can.

Yeah ive realised that now, but only after respeccing :( ah, well you learn from your mistakes eh!!!! any other advice for me? Like whether ishould go seal of fate or premed first? Also can anyone show me a macro that either:
a) swaps to a dagger when i stealth, or
b) swaps to a dagger when i use backstab. or one for both if someone is generous enough :)
Hopefully there are such macros to help alleviate the 15g outlay of my mis-soec lol
