Shamanistic Focus: While an amazing new talent and one which I thank Blizz for wholeheartedly .... the sound of the proc is driving me batty.

Is there any way to turn that type of sound off while still leaving the rest of the game sound running? Can't say that I've tried to mess with too many of the sound settings as I haven't had to worry about it before.

We did a raid the other night with 3 enhancement shaman in the group. I'm glad my raiding character isn't a melee class that's for sure :D

Hmm turning down the sound effect settings might help. But it'll also affect all the sound effects in game too.

To be honest, I think it can not be done.

Would be cool though to be able to change specific sounds or put them on/off, but alas, there is - as far as I know - no channel toggling available.

(as a sidenote: due to having two little babies I never play with sound on, they are either asleep and I do not want to disturb them or they are awake and I do not want to disturb them /smile)

Yes, it's completely impossible to appreciate the strength of a new talent while not finding it incredibly annoying. Like a new talent that gives WF Weapon an additional attack but pop up a giant UI error every time it goes off.

They've broken most of the sound controls in the game but it might be possible to get around this, I'll see if I can find anything.

OR just have them put in a cooldown between the clearcasts...yep...that would solve it. (You know it's gonna happen eventually)
