Are you in the Navy by chance? I could be mistaken but you look really familiar.

Doesn't mean you can't look like a guy in a movie. :D It has nothing to do with American or English. Look up Edward Furlong, particularly when he played in American History X. There's definitely a resemblance.

Nah I've never served I'm afraid, I'm not 'stationed' in Japan or anything, I just work there :).

I guess I have one of those faces everyone wants to be best buddies with ;)

Actually I could read it, but you're using a form of expression not commonly used in Japan (the first line in particular, people are usually a bit less formal than that, and you used the past tense 'te' form so I was a bit confused about that :D). Also, the second line uses the westernisation 'Huo-to', when they usually write 'Shashin' in kana simply because you can't put the subvocal 'f' sound into it if you're writing katakana :). Finally, the word you're looking for is 'hatasu', you have used the hiragana 'hataTSU', which doesnt mean anything.

I just didnt want to look like a smartass :P

And it was taken in a bar in Kuwana called Teppen Noriaki Nagasaka. If you're ever in Aichi, you really should visit the place, its the best bar Ive ever been to in my life.

lol isn´t it always like that, when you learn a foreign language at home, they´ll teach you all kinds of formal expressions which actually isn´t used anymore...

hehe, as i said, my grammer may be a bit off as i'm still studying it :P i also have the annoying habit of doing a bit to 'direct' translations from english to japanese, hence why i used the past tence for the first sentence (oddly though i can translate japanese to english pretty fluently, just got issues doing it the other way...), but ty for the corrections though^^. what made you study the language then?

Jen - how do you manage Japanese when your English is so bad?

Grammer? Grammar, surely? "to direct"? "too direct" surely?

*runs off giggling*

Just kidding, fella.

Well I had the standard (and wildly inaccurate) basis of any westerner, that being anime, only about 10% of which you can ever use because you'll sound like a) a cartoon character (funnily enough) or b) just an @#%^.

Then I moved out here to work and then it became pretty damn necessary. If I dont want to starve, freeze or be lonely forever I need plenty of Japanese... to be honest I have an awful vocabulary and my technical skill with the language is poor, but I can communicate almost anything through a combination of gestures, mumbles, facial expressions and looking pitiful.

EDIT: And yes, Cyanide is smoking hot. And I have a girlfriend, so I can pretend to not be trying to get in your pants ;)

my english is fine, i'm not studying it so pfff :P i do theoretical numbers (economics )and funny squiggles which technically mean something (japanese)... ^^ lol and ya, i've been told that anime language isn't the best way of speaking, so next september when i go over there to study for a year (o.0 scary) i plan on saying nothing for a couple of weeks until everyone else has made all the embarrassing errors ^^ lol

Gentlemen! Gentlemen! Femlocks are not for fapping! Down boys, before I have to go get the hose. Cyanide, if you'll excuse my esteemed associates, just ignore them for a moment.

We should get married. Here's my reasoning:

I'm better looking than the rest of them. You're better looking than all the other femlocks (that's right, Sethy, I said it. You've broken my heart 1 too many times!). Think of out children. They would be radiant and possess the power to death coil every GCD. Their beauty would hide them from accusations of being OP and their never ending AoE storm of death coil would make them invincible. Think of the children.

Well, I am the biggest lurker on here and I've enjoyed this thread, so I had to do my part to help eradicate the belief that all femlocks are wierd, antisocial misfits who can't get a man! LOL

I am *relatively* normal aside from my WoW addiction, so with that in mind here is a pic of me with a candle in my ear. =D

hahaha wow.

I stop reading the forums for a few days and there's a hottest femlock of the year award?

Xandrynn you're so pretty =o!!
Normal femlocks ftw!
ps. those candles scare me though. Aren't they supposed to clear out your earwax or something?

Deadd, I'd totally melt the ice off the roads if I could.
I'm waiting to fall on my *** everytime I walk across campus.
And leaving 10 minutes before class starts because I can hit 80 on the roads? Nope =o...

And Loki, what if I don't want kids? ;p

=|. I do have a few bikini pictures. I think I have like 300+ pictures of me on my facebook (no not 300 bikini pictures). But myspace is better.
And I'm pretty sure my guy wouldn't like me posting pictures of me in a bikini on here, although he's a thottbot fan.
I'm surprised me and Xandrynn didn't get the whole "OMGZ plz post a sign for proof cuz wow playing girls aren't realllll" treatment that I usually get.

EDIT: Oh, what part of ohio are you ohio-locks from?

You'll find a better class of male chauvinist pig on Alla.

Not that I wouldn't be averse to bikini pics of our femlocks, of course.

Yes, Sethy, that includes you. ;o)
