Not on the totems that Shaman lay down to buff parties & raids. Totems that we equip in the "Relic" slot.

I have done a quick read through on the totems available on Wowhead. Reading the comments for the totems on their capabilities, proc rate & how each would fare given a scenario.

Now, I'm not gonna go thru the details. But I have noticed a consistency in their debates on elemental dps totems (cause I'm elem spec).

-Totems that increase lightning bolt & chain L dmg are more for short burn down that muthafarker fights.

-Totems that decrease mana cost of lightning bolt & chain L are better for long drawn out boss fights.

Then we have haste rating. Yes that Skycall totem. I am pvp specced, & do arenas regularly. I use Totem of the void to push up my burst damage, but can haste be a better alternative?

The haste proc from skycaller totem affect all spells and is a bigger dps increase then void in pve. You arent gonna use totem of pulsing earth the entire raid you switch out it is useless on trash and even some bosses. Fights similar to nightbane pulsing earth is great, a fight like maiden skycaller or void. Now for PvP I would say it is a preference, void means harder hitting LBs which is nice, but skycaller is also nice because if it procs you can also use it for your healing spells which will help your ability to... not die. Also if you have the skycaller go pick up a quag's eye they are meant to be together ^^
