I am about to get a new helm made by engineering that has a meta socket spot. I can't decide which gem to put in it. If anyone has any suggestions, I only really care about PvE, so don't consider PvP in your answers.
I would advise on a [wowitem=32409]Relentless Earthstorm Diamond[/wowitem].
That is what I use on my T4 helm.
Edit: Forgot to mention it requires at least 2 of each kind of gem socketed in your gear.(red blue yellow)
