http://thottbot.com/i34163 and http://thottbot.com/i33832..these are new trinkets after 2,3..you can have them with 75 badges.is it worth it?
Does anyone knows if you can buy them with honor points and when?

It's a badge reward. Completely un-related to the honor system. So I'm going to go with no, you won't be able to get these with honor. I haven't even heard this mentioned in any way, so wouldn't get your hopes up ;)
General consensus amongst the players is that the heroic badge trinkets are intended to prolong the arena season for top tier players. Instead of gathering arena points until you have all of the S3 gear and then banking 5k arena points for next season before calling it quits, if they really want to be at the top of the heap in terms of gear they now have to run a fair number of heroics/10-man raids.
All of those Battlemaster trinkets cost 75 heroic badges, gained only from killing heroic instance bosses, and 70 raid bosses.
