Hello guys let me first state thanks for all of the help on my previous posts to the forum.

As you can see I need an upgrade in OH and several other areas as well. So here is my situation lots of time (dont hate to grind) and horrible luck. 29 BMs with no Latro's drop.
I ran the 12 minute BRD to farm gold to buy a Blinkstrike, farmed mats for mongoose pretty easily. I realize most of the best equip are arnea pts, honor pts and instance drops. I was wondering if you guys could recommend the best buyable, grindable, craftable, quest reward(etc) OH I can get.
Also any other similar upgrades would be appreciated. I lose my 10 arena matches for pts and and am beginning to farm BGs now (love ShS for this) but in the meantime while I am waiting for a PUG for instance (usually BM) what equip should I be looking for. Thanks
One last question for my newbieness. From my undersatnding I want a slow MH and faster OH. I was talking in game to a rogue who was considering Blinkstrike with Vindicators brand. Both same DPS 81.2 and both 2.60 speed. Both are great swords but with the slow (equal) speed in OH is there any reason for this.

There's a slightly better (although tank-friendly) sword that drops in Botanica, but Latro's is probably your best bet.
If you don't feel like waiting for that to drop, grind up honor and wait another week for arena season 3 to start, then buy the S1 offhand with honor points.
Edit: And unless you focus primarily on Arenas, I'd get rid of those stamina gems. AP and Hit gems are boss in PvE.
Edit2: There are several reasons that you want a fast offhand:
1. Increased Combat Potency procs
2. Increased offhand poison procs
3. Lower Shiv cost
Similarly, a slow mainhand yields higher damage on instant attacks (Sinister Strike, Hemorrhage, Backstab, Ambush, etc.), which will yield a much higher overall DPS.

you dont have sword spec in your build.... why not get a Warp Splinters Thorn? 1.3 speed is crazy for shiv and poison procs... still 71 dps like any blue

until a week ago i was Comabt Swords spec but perfect answer I can so for any fast offhand in the meantime and if I decide to go back to combat swords then Latros or arean OH great idea. So used to being Combat swords that I forgot it was no longer a requiremnt after repsec.

Yea... I'm probably gonna buy the season 3 shiv with arena points for my offhand.
