You are looking for the right gear for a hunter, but not for your spec.
You have to focus more on agi then on crit.
Overall your gear is not "good" enough for a survival spec to really perform. Both BM and MM would give you a increase in your dps (though if you like the spec, keep it, but aim for gear more suited for a SV hunter, this spec really needs gear to perform).
If you want the spec to work, go for a ton more agi and a little more ap. Crit will come with agi. Try to get your agi to at least 600 and your AP to 1600.
Your choice of gems is not perfect. Where the socket bonus is not a ton of agi, ap or crit, go for pure agi gems.
Change that enchant on your melee weapon to +35agi.

Well... where to start. Ok imma break it down barney style for ya, but you need to read the pre raid gear list.
Your agility is too low... but i wouldnt worry about it, because you need to replace ALOT of gear.
Shoulders: get rid of em, they have no agility on them.
Bracers: put a gem in them
Gloves:? wtf are those? get rid of em, and when you get new ones enchant them and gem them properly.
Boots:not bad, but you need to have agility on all your gear.
You shouldnt even consider gear if it doesnt have agility, or sockets, or both.
And for your weapon??? why do you have icy on it?
Seriously, i hope you threw on a bunch of crappy gear and did this to be funny.

Yeah, i'm working on the gloves right now. I dunno why I tosses the icy on there. Kinda dumb but I planned on replaceing it with the Sonic Spear really soon anyway.
check my sig for replacements for your gloves, belt, legs, trinkets, boots and rings.
Shoulders can be replaced by Beast lord mantle, but that isnt needed as much as any of the others.
But this wont improve you by as much as you should,
the greatest thing you are missing at the moment is enchants.
Head: +34Ap/16hit
cloak: +12 agi
chest: +6 all stats
Bracers: +24 AP
gloves: +26 AP (or +15 agi if you have an epic pair)
Legs: +40 AP/10crit (once they're replaced)
Weapon: +35 agi
or +124 AP, +(43 x 1.15 =) 49.45 agi, +10 crit, +16 hit, -24 sta, +6 int
for a change in stats of: +174.45 AP, +~1.75% crit, +1% hit, +90 mp, -240hp
