This pretty much say's it all. I just hit 50 and have managed to build up a nice store of honor throug BG's. I've been getting the WSG and AB stuff as I went along, but now I'm wondering if I should do the same for the 58/60 items? I like doing BG's so I don't mind building up again, but I've hear that those items get outdated much more quickly then the ones I've been getting, so should I just hold on to my honor for 70?

Also quickly I've got the Satyrmane Sash and the level 48 Highlanders Cloth Girdle. I assumed the Girdle was better for me, but Armory seems to disagree, is that correct?

I would hold out til 70, the amount of stamina and other things greatly increased with BC.

Agreed with Anobix, probably by 63 you can have gear at the least equal to the epic bg gear that you get at 60.

You can stay in 50-59 bracket and rack up the needed marks for the lvl 70 set so once you get there you will be able to get what you need. Also this will allow you to worry about getting honor over getting marks. And it is always nice to worry about fewer things.

So I'm getting on to 70, and I have 60k honor to spend, I was wondering what you guys though would be the best way to spend it.

Here's my guy.

I was thinking getting the Season one staff, chest and wand first. Then bg'ing untill I got the Vindicator's wrist. Do you think this would be a good plan, or is the there a better way to spend, the staff just seems too good and i'd like to keep the little hit I have to do heroics with (i'm hoping if I gem up with +hit gems I can do okay), and the rest seems like the best upgrades over what I've got now.

Also, is this enough to gets started with arena or should I get more? In addition whats the best way to find a partner..'s? I have a buddy who's decent but he's pretty much given up on his 60 Warrior to go with a Lock full time, so he won't be 70 for awhile. I mean do I just go around dueling people and if somebody does what I consider respectable invite them to my team, or what? :)

Heck as long as I'm asking a bunch of questions, whats a good way to train, do people actually use the skirmish mode? I actually want to be good, so I don't want to be half assed with it. I've been practicing my mouse turning while waiting for queues and groups heh. Any responce would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

id get the staff / chest and 1 other piece of gear. this way you'll probably have much better stats increase than you would with the wand, also you'll get the +35 resil 2 set bonus from the glad gear

Is there any point in staying at level 59 while grinding out the honor? I'm just curious because my Priest will soon hit 59.

Not rly imo. Maybe grind 100 marks for AB/WSG, then move to 60 and AV there for a while with an epic mount.

AV sucks pre-60 with a slow mount.

Or just level to 70 and hop on arena teams while grinding honor. Best option. I had fun in 60 AV though, but you become the lowest of the pack in WSG/AB (those brackets are 60-69 which is dumb).
