Now here is the problem.
My block is at 16.76% right now.
I have been tanking Heroics for awhile now, but i just today replaced
http://thottbot.com/i31460
with
http://thottbot.com/i29238

now after i got the new belt i looked and it improved my defense, dodge, and parry by a small amount but dropped my block % by 3 points. now i was at almost 20% block,while that is not the 25% that i want/need, it was still acceptable to me but now with my 16.76% i think i am at a way to low block % to be acceptable.
now my question is what can i do to help my situation?
should i go back to my old belt for now?
should i just go ahead and spend the 41x badges and get the Gnomeregan Auto-blocker http://thottbot.com/i29387
or any other suggestions????

Well for starters, the Auto-blocker won't effect things AT ALL, since it raises block VALUE, and not block chance. As for your drop in block chance, I wouldn't sweat it. It's just about the least important tanking stat you have. Stam, AC, dodge, parry, hit rating, even crit and AP are all just about more important than block rating. It's not USELESS but it's not something to ever focus on. Don't sweat the drop in rating and enjoy the better item.

Off topic, you may want to find a way to get cruelty and imp. Thunderclap into your prot build. Both amazing talents no matter what, and there shouldn't be a warrior build without Cruelty in it, imo.

Golden words. TC is in my opinion the best PvE debuff in game (MS wins for PvP - which gives wrriors two best debuffs in game - not bad for class that is supposed by many not to have any major buffs/debuffs) and cruelty is one of the best talents warrior vlass has beating some top tier talents heavily.

You definitly want both those in your build.
