Ive got a level 29 BE lock who is affliction specced right now, and I'm thinking of switching to demon. I'm not twinkin out or anything like that, but I might be PvPing for a while, and came up with this build.
2/2 Imp HS
3/3 Imp. Imp
2/2 Imp HF
3/3 Fel Int
2/3 Fel Stam
3/3 Demonic Aegis
and 5/5 Imp Corr. for the instant cast

Imp is worthless in PvP and you won't be healing your pet in PvP. So that buildis out the door.
Demonic Embrace is very important for PvP. Sta is a warlocks most important stat, and Spi is crap. Really at 29, you can't get to any of the other good stuff in Demo though. I'd go Afflic for Fel Concentration so you can DoT and Drain.
If I were going to try to BG at 29 as a lock, which I probably wouldn't, I'd Spec like this:
