I was running shadow labs with a pug the on my warrior and I was noticing the rogue putting out almost no DPS.
I was the tank and I was way above him with my sword and board. I didn’t think that was possible.
We finished the run and because the rogue was such a nice guy I took the time to explain to him about his role and pointed him to the forum sticky and bam! Two days latter he brings ten cool people over to my guild because I showed more leadership than in any other guild he had been in. He had the cookie cutter combat rogue build and the others had there builds as well. And they were amped and listened well. We ran them through Kara and loots dropped and now I have some supper loyal guides who listen well.
So I would just like to say thank you to the guys here for all the hard work.
You just helped flesh out my 25 mans.

The best way to say thanks is to give something back to the community here. So, feel free to start answering those daily "rate my build" or "swords or daggers?" questions. Just be sure to answer correctly or else we'll skin you alive for spreading bad info.
The best formula is 2 parts helpful, 1 part flame, with a "read the stickies" attached at the end.
Oh, and pay Demea. He's a damn fine member of the board and he gives the best moustache rides west of the Mississippi.

That wasn't actually my picture, but it was somebody who posts on Allakhazam. He's got 10k+ posts too, so that should help narrow down the incoming guesses.
