Wasn't battle breaking or anything, but was quite annoying. My +hit is 4.95% and of course the one time you run into captain ******* that you should own easily you miss your opener.
I still beat him due to the awesomeness of lolstep but just barely. Thank god for cheat death.

What class was he? If it was an Ice mage he could have had 5/5 in Arctic Winds. 5/5 In Arcitc winds reduces the chance that melee and ranged attacks will hit you by 5%

i hate artic winds with a passion. there are no fewer than a dozen arenas where the difference between a win or a loss was me missing execute on a mage.
