There's a thread on the mage forums, looking for the worst specs (be it mage or other). Just for laughs. I made one for each class, and I think the warrior was my best...erm...worst (whatever way you look at it).

Walla

So...how bad is it?

I had a guildy, not a bright cookie. I have several stories about him, but this one is relevant to this thread.

He told us that he had tanked before, and was interested in taking one of our MT positions. Since my schedule demanded that I raid only 1/2 the week, the other half of the week was wide open. He came to us, for kara, with this spec; 0/0/61. He was the kind of player that had to be told 'exactly' how to do things, and how to spec.

I gave him a cookie cutter build to use and some G for a respec. But a few months later he respecced again, to a very very similarly bad build. 3/17/41. I had to again take him aside and tell him. NO! bad player!

Did he spec that way so that no matter what weapon he had, he could be specd for it, and blow? 38 points in arms. and you dont get Ms or DW. How is that possible?

Ok that was pretty bad ill give you that. Just out of my curiousity i wanted to make (IMO) the most retarded build ever other then 0/0/0 at 70.

0/0/0 isn't "bad". If I ever meet someone that it to 70 without ever knowing how to use talents, I'll give them a nice /applause before I slap them around and force them to spec.

Even better for the people that did it on purpose.

Ehcks you are right, that almost seems like it would be A) a challenge, and B) alot of fun and complements and you gonna know how to play =D

A coworker of mine got a lock to 42 before he realized what talents were. "I've been too busy levelling to use my points" "There wasn't a trainer in the area" and "I dont have any money" were 3 reasons he gave at different times...

damn dev, that dude shoulda been stabbed, shot, dipped into acid then stabbed again for putting all 61 points into Prot......and not even maxing out defiance.

And then the next build....oh my god...
I can see why he would go for blood craze, cuase it could be a useful tanking talent.

But the prot talents he took... :|
No Defiance, No Anticipation, No Focused Rage, No Shield Mastery, No 1h spec.

I almost want to cry looking at those builds, not even a spider monkey would be that retarded.

blood craze is useless for tanking, it requires you to be the victim of a critical strike, which is certainly what you dont want.

Hey Scribs, re your OP, if you take the 5 points out of commanding presence, and put them in Blood craze and imp cleave, that would make the spec even "Better" ;-D
